FSA Adds Two More Top Attorneys: Firm Continues Pattern Of Growth

Friedman Schuman is pleased to announce that Robert A. Bacine, Esq., and Marjorie J. Scharpf, Esq., two prominent estate planning attorneys, have joined the firm.

Bacine has practiced in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, since 1970. He has concentrated his work on estate planning and business succession planning, as well as, elder law and estate administration. Bacine also represents business owners and professionals in all types of corporate matters, including employee benefits, and general taxation.

Scharpf is a tax attorney with more than 20 years of experience, concentrating in tax, estate planning and estate and trust administration. In her practice, Scharpf has focused on helping small and family-owned businesses with general tax, business and succession planning concerns. Scharpf is admitted to the bars in Pennsylvania and Indiana.
