FSA Attorney Helps A Fleet Of Hyundais Land In Philadelphia

Friedman Schuman Real Estate attorney, Jeffrey R. Hoffman, successfully represented Philly Ro-Ro Partners, a Bellmawr developer, in a deal with Hyundai and the Philadelphia Regional Port Authority (PRPA) designed to bring over 150,000 vehicles annually to the Packer Avenue Marine Terminal and Pier 98 Annex Auto-Processing Facility.

The business venture is expected to create 276 full-time jobs locally, and 415 jobs in the region. The PRPA has projected the business will generate $7.2 million in personal income, $24 million in business activity and $3.2 million in total taxes, including $2.2 million in federal taxes and $960,000 in state and local taxes.
