Greg has been qualified by Federal, State, and local courts as an expert to provide opinions and testimony in real estate, business and title matters. He has been appointed as special legal counsel for designated assignments from District, Federal, and Bankruptcy courts, as well as local county courts.
Greg is a certified continuing education instructor, providing courses for attorneys, appraisers, real estate licensees and title professionals. He has prepared instructional materials and presented a significant number of courses on a wide variety of legal issues.
Greg has published multiple textbooks, including Pennsylvania Real Estate Brokerage Law & Practice, Basic Principles of Real Estate and Legal Aspects of the Appraisal Profession.
