Ron concentrates his practice on financial services, which encompasses complex transactions, regulatory compliance, documentation, litigation, and bankruptcy representations. During his time at Friedman Schuman, Ron has provided excellent representation to our financial services clients in both transaction and litigation matters including a host of financial institutions, insurance carriers, premium finance companies, technology and software firms, equipment lessors, automobile manufacturers, airports, and shipping companies. Among his latest transactions include negotiating and closing a sophisticated $35 million construction loan to build a luxury hotel in Delaware and successfully documenting a $17.7 million credit facility relating to a building complex including analysis of dozens of existing leases for compliance with the lender’s underwriting requirements.
Ron is a member of the American Bar Association, Pennsylvania Bar Association, the Philadelphia Bar Association, and the New Jersey State Bar Association. Earning a positive reputation for his legal representation throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey, Ron has also received significant recognition from both Super Lawyers and Avvo for his client services and accomplishments.
