Jacqueline M. Reynolds is a Principal at Friedman Schuman Layser, concentrating her practice on medical malpractice, personal injury, crime victims, and product liability litigation.
Throughout her over 25-year career, Jackie has provided legal counsel to physicians, physician practices, nurses, allied health professionals, hospitals, health systems, and long-term care providers. Having spent her career on the defense side, Jackie now brings an invaluable perspective to plaintiffs’ cases, offering expert insight into how healthcare providers and insurers evaluate risk, defend claims, and navigate litigation. This insider knowledge allows Jackie to anticipate defense strategies, identify subtle indicators of negligence in medical records, and advocate effectively for the injured patients she represents. Her prior experience as a medical defense attorney also equips her with the skills and insight to approach each case with a well-rounded view, helping her to achieve more successful outcomes for her clients. Jackie handles cases throughout the state of Pennsylvania.
Jackie received her Bachelor of Arts degree and paralegal certificate from Cedar Crest College, where she was also the recipient of the Butz Award as the member of the senior class who exerted the best influence in her college life and association. Jackie worked for defense litigation law firms in Philadelphia before returning to school at the Temple University School of Law. She joined her previous firm in 1995 as a law clerk and remained with that firm until joining Friedman Schuman Layser in 2025.
Jackie is a past president of the Montgomery Bar Association and is an active member of the Women in Law and Trial Lawyer committees. She is the current President of the Montgomery Bar Foundation, the charitable arm of the Montgomery Bar Association. She is also an active committee member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association.
