Neil Sarker is an associate at Friedman Schuman Layser, where he focuses his practice on financial services, creditor’s rights, and collections.
With a proven track record as an accomplished trial attorney, Neil has successfully handled numerous cases across all courts in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, as well as proceedings before the American Arbitration Association and JAMS. He is dedicated to maximizing recoveries for his clients while upholding the highest standards of ethics and compliance.
Neil earned his Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Ursinus College in 2003 and his Juris Doctor from Widener University School of Law in 2006. During law school, he was recognized for his exceptional legal writing skills and his commitment to pro bono work, including service with the Montgomery County Public Defender’s Office.
