With decades of experience, Robert Nemeroff is a seasoned attorney representing individuals, businesses of all sizes, partnerships, and municipal entities in various commercial litigation matters. His practice covers a broad array of disputes, from partnership issues and breach of contract cases to unfair business practices and intellectual property conflicts. Bob is equally adept in personal injury cases, skillfully handling claims related to motor vehicle and motorcycle accidents, slip-and-fall injuries, construction site accidents, medical malpractice, birth injuries, and wrongful death.

Bob has been a shareholder of Friedman Schuman, PC. since the firm’s inception in 1988. During his 35 years at Friedman Schuman, Bob has successfully obtained multiple six and seven-figure verdicts and settlements.

A graduate of Drew University in 1978, Bob pursued his legal education at Delaware Law School and received his Juris Doctor in 1981. Bob is licensed to practice in all Pennsylvania state courts as well as the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 3rd Circuit, and the Supreme Court of the United States.

Bob is active in many legal organizations including the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association, the Montgomery County Bar Association, the Montgomery County Bar Association Trial Lawyers Section, and more. Throughout his career, Bob has received recognition from many distinguished legal organizations. Bob’s litigation skills combined with his extensive knowledge of legal, operational and environmental issues affecting the supply of public water and sewer service also make him a uniquely qualified solicitor to the Warminster Municipal Authority, a position he has held for more than 30 years. Bob recently served as one of the lead investigators for the Autonomous Judiciary Committee of the Montgomery Bar Association, where he was tasked with vetting the qualification of candidates for Judge of the Court of Common Pleas in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. Additionally, he has been accepted as a member of IR Global, a distinguished international network of top-tier professionals in law, accountancy, and other industries.
