Congratulations to Jill Schuman for celebrating 31 years at Friedman Schuman Layser this month!
Jill focuses her practice on financial services, corporate and business law, and real estate law. She has spent many years representing national and local businesses in the negotiation and documentation of a wide range of business transactions. Some of Jill’s notable transactions this past year include negotiating a $38 million loan documentation for the ground acquisition and construction of a 166-unit apartment building and representing a lender in a $3 million loan for the acquisition and construction financing of single-family low-income housing in Philadelphia.
