Congratulations to Robert H. Nemeroff for 35 Years at Friedman Schuman!

We would like to congratulate Robert H. Nemeroff for celebrating 35 years at Friedman Schuman!

During his 35 years at Friedman Schuman, Bob has successfully obtained multiple six and seven-figure verdicts and settlements, most notably a $9.4 million settlement for a mother and 3 children catastrophically injured in a motor vehicle accident, a $9.2 million verdict in Philadelphia for catastrophically injured union plasterers on a construction site, $3.4 million settlement for a union laborer catastrophically injured on a construction site, and a $3 million settlement for injuries sustained by the operator of a motor vehicle struck by a box truck on the Pennsylvania Turnpike.

A graduate of Drew University in 1978, Bob pursued his legal education at Delaware Law School and received his Juris Doctor in 1981. Bob is licensed to practice in all Pennsylvania state courts as well as the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 3rd Circuit, and the Supreme Court of the United States.

Bob is active in many legal organizations including the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association, the Montgomery County Bar Association, the Montgomery County Bar Association Trial Lawyers Section, and more. Throughout his career, Bob has received recognition from many distinguished legal organizations. This recognition includes being listed as a Super Lawyers Honoree for 10 consecutive years, a perfect “10.0” rating on Avvo.com, recognition by Rue Ratings in their Best Attorneys of America list, and Recognition as one of the Top 100 Civil Plaintiff Trial Lawyers in Pennsylvania by The National Trial Lawyers.
