Nemeroff, a Shareholder of the firm, is a Life Member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, which is a prerequisite to membership in the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum. The Million Dollar Advocates Forum is one of the most prestigious groups of trial lawyers in the United States, in which fewer than 1% of U.S. lawyers are members. In addition to being a Life Member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, members of the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum must have acted as principal counsel in at least one case which concluded with a favorable multi-million dollar result.
In addition to the above, Bob was once again recognized for his Personal Injury practice on the 2015 Super Lawyers list. Bob is one of the firm’s senior litigators with more than three decades of litigation experience in state and federal courts. With an emphasis on personal injury litigation, Bob has successfully obtained multiple six and seven figure verdicts and settlements on behalf of injured clients. He is the chairperson of both the firm’s Litigation and Personal Injury practices.
