Friedman Schuman Layser takes pride in announcing that three of its attorneys will be presenting at the upcoming Montgomery County Trial Lawyers Section series, “Tips and Techniques from Experienced Trial Lawyers” CLE webinar on May 27, 2021. Robert H. Nemeroff, a shareholder with the firm, and current Chair of the Montgomery County Trial Lawyers Section, will be the moderator of the event, while Derek R. Layser, also a shareholder, and Melissa Miller, an associate with the firm, will be the speakers. Derek and Melissa will discuss their joint efforts and the strategies they employed in their recent, tremendously successful representation of a family who suffered a horrendous tragedy in the loss of their 6-year-old son due to medical malpractice and a product defect. We are exceedingly proud of Derek and Melissa and gratified that they will have this opportunity to share their insights and expertise with their peers.
