FRIEDMAN SCHUMAN ATTORNEYS PARTICIPATE IN NATIONAL BUSINESS INSTITUTE SEMINAR: THE ULTIMATE GUIDE TO COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE LAW

Peter Friedman, Chair of Friedman Schuman's Real Estate department, and Leona Mogavero, a member of the firm's Financial Services department and Real Estate department, spoke at National Business Institute's seminar, The Ultimate Guide to Commercial Real Estate Law, on December 10, 2015. Mr. Friedman and Ms. Mogavero engaged in a spirited discussion of the key provisions in commercial real estate leases. By playing the roles of attorney for the tenant and for the landlord, respectively, Mr. Friedman and Ms. Mogavero presented the negotiation of a commercial lease from the opposing perspectives of tenant and landlord.
