Thomas A. Nelson Becomes Shareholder

Friedman Schuman, P.C., is pleased to announce that Thomas A. Nelson, III, has been elected to full equity Shareholder of the firm, effective December 1, 2014. In this role, Tom will continue to provide leadership in the areas of financial services, corporate and business law, and real estate transactions.

Tom joined Friedman Schuman as part of the Financial Services practice group in 1998. He has closed hundreds of real estate and commercial and industrial loans for lending institutions. He also represents a variety of businesses and individuals in complex commercial financing and real estate transactions.

Tom earned his J.D. in 1996 from Capital University Law School and earned his B.A. in Political Science in 1992, from Ursinus College. Prior to joining the firm, Tom served as counsel for a not-for-profit subsidiary of the Temple University Health System, documenting the acquisition of primary care medical practices. Away from Friedman Schuman, Tom enjoys spending time with his wife, two sons and being outdoors.
