Melissa Paris Miller’s practice at Friedman Schuman concentrates on medical malpractice, personal injury, crime victims, and product liability claims. At 14 years old, Melissa founded a non-profit raising awareness for childhood epilepsy after her sister contracted a virus that took away her ability to speak. This experience inspired Melissa to become a strong voice for those undergoing traumatic medical experiences as a medical malpractice attorney. Following her graduation from Widener University’s Delaware Law School, she has won several six and seven-figure lawsuits, obtaining justice for those seriously injured due to misdiagnosis, surgical error, and medical mistakes. Melissa has received recognition from The National Trial Lawyers as a “Top 40 Under 40,” as well as being listed as US News & World Report’s Best Lawyers: “Ones to Watch,” and Super Lawyer’s “Rising Star.” Contact Melissa HERE.

This group of attorneys has impressively served their clients with smart, focused, and effective representation throughout their careers at Friedman Schuman. Congratulations to our newly elected principals, Brett, Melissa, and Jen! We look forward to your continued success.
